Portrait Clients

In the case of equipment failure or any other unforeseen circumstances that prevents 43rd Ave. Photography from shooting a scheduled session, the Client will receive the option to reschedule or receive a full refund of their deposit.

If the Client fails to attend the scheduled session, no refund will be given. Sessions may be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances given 24 hours notice. The session will be rescheduled for a new date and time. Deposits shall not be refunded to the Client for cancelled sessions.

Wedding Clients

43rd Ave. Photography requires a 30% non-refundable deposit to retain wedding photography services on a specified date.

If the Photographer is unable for any reason to perform on a contracted wedding day, the Photographers shall either (1) provide documents necessary to client and arrange to have a competitor or colleague of comparable photographic performance and quality present on the day of the event, or (2) the client shall be refunded their deposit and provided with a list of comparable photographers for replacement.

All Clients

Once a transaction for digital and/or tangible photography products has been completed, refunds will not be given. A transaction is completed after 1. a contract for photography services and/or products is signed by the Client, 2. an order is submitted or approved by the client, or, 3. a design for a product is approved by the client.

Products may not be returned unless: 1. A manufacturer defect is evident and reported within 48 of receipt 2. A product was damaged during shipping. 3. the order was processed incorrectly resulting in the incorrect size, material, etc.

Due to the nature of our products, exchanges are not permitted.
